Congratulations to W3, who on Saturday were the winners of the Women's Lower division at Pembroke Regatta. Having been given a bye into the second round, W3 made light work of Queens' W3 in their first race, before cruising to victory against Newnham W3 in the final. The win gives the girls a massive boost as they begin their final preparations for Friday's Getting on Race.
In the Men's First division, M1 were unlucky to be drawn against a strong Black Prince crew, who after beating our men progressed all the way to the semi-final and were only knocked out when they came up against eventual winners First and Third.
In the Men's Second division, M2 beat St Edmunds in their first race, but lost out to Peterhouse in the quarter-final. Meanwhile, W2 were also beaten quarter-finalists in the Women's Second division - after winning against Selwyn they were beaten by eventual winners Downing.
Full results are available on the Pembroke Regatta web site.
